I recently posted an interesting article about the lessons that schools in Finland can teach us. One of the most important lessons was that schools need to trust their teachers and not weigh them down with testing and the like. What are your thoughts? Do our schools trust our teachers?

About Us

I am a teacher in Australia and I wanted to create a site to help teachers. I feel concerned that our young teachers are not being given the support they need and after a few years, all teachers are on their own. I want a community where we can ask questions and listen and talk to each other and support each other.
